Ingredients: 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate (melted); 1 cup sugar; 1/2 cup butter; 8 ounces sour cream; 2 tsp vanilla extract; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp baking soda; 1/4 tsp baking powder; 1 cup AF Flour; 1/4 cup water; 1/4 cup light corn syrup; 3/4 cup sugar; 3 tbs heavy cream; 3 tbs butter; 1 tsp salt (you can omit if you don't like salted caramel); 1/2 cup toasted pecans (optional)
